BSF Water Wing Vacancy 2023

Border Security Force (BSF) has released the official notification for the Recruitment of Sub Inspector (SI), Head Constable & Constable Vacancy 2023. Interested candidates can apply online from February 2023. Candidates must read the official notification before apply online.

Education Qualification

Constable (Crew)

1. Matriculation from a recognized Board equivalent.
2. One Year Experience in operation of Boat below 265 HP.
3. Should know swimming in deep water without any assistance.

Head Constable Master

1. Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent.
2. Serang Certificate.

Head Constable Engine Driver

1. Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent.
2. Possessing 2nd class Engine Driver certificate.

Head Constable Workshop

1. Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent.
2. ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Diploma in Motor Mechanic (Diesel/ Petrol Engine) for HC (Workshop)- Mechanic (Diesel/ Petrol Engine) from a recognized Institution.
3. ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Diploma in Machinist for HC (Workshop)- Machinist from a recognized Institution.

SI Master

10+2 Intermediate in Any Stream from any Recognized Board in India.

2nd Class Master Certificate issued by the Central / State Inland Water Transport Authority OR Mercantile Marine Department.

SI Engine Driver

10+2 Intermediate in Any Stream from any Recognized Board in India.

1st Class Engine Driver Certificate issued by the Central / State Inland Water Transport Authority or Mercantile Marine Department

Application Fee

For Group B Post: Rs.200/-

For Group C Post: Rs.100/-

SC/ ST (For Both Post): Rs.0/-

Pay fee through online.

Age Limit

Age limit as on 27.03.2023

For Sub Inspector Post SI (Master/ Engine Drive):-

• Minimum Age – 22 Years
• Maximum Age – 28 Years

All Other Candidates:-

• Minimum Age – 20 Years
• Maximum Age – 25 Years
