- Ability to coach/mentor project managers and larger groups, result oriented, learning on the fly.
- MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite, SharePoint, Adobe, Webex.
- Project management systems for project management and time management, internal
- client systems.
- Handles all project escalation management and governance lead functions.
- Develops and provides feedback to employees.
- Assists the T&T project manager to ensure functional and operational goals are communicated Within the team.
- Provide coaching, development and support to project team members and peers.
Certification in Project management is MANDATORY
Professional certifications:
Project manager – SAFE AGILE , CSM , CAPM , Any PMP certification [ except LinkedIn] ,
masters in project Management , prince 2 practitioner
Project Lead -prince 2 practitioner or PMP from PMI institute, Project Mgmt Diploma
